Refund & Return Policy

This policy outlines the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made through the store.


Return Period

14 days after receiving the order under standard conditions.

In some cases, the return window may be extended to 30 days, depending on promotional terms or specific product policies.


Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The product must be in original condition

  • All tags and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Certain hygiene-sensitive apparel items (such as underwear)


Return Request Process

Customers must request a return authorization before sending items back.

Return Shipping

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Depending on the payment provider or bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in the customer's account.


Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

The store reserves the right to provide order verification, shipment confirmation, and transaction details to the payment processor in the event of a dispute.
